A detailed breakdown of the two alternate errors using Feeds & Feeds Xpath Parser to import XML nodes. Please see readme.txt for details.
Background --
*Error 3 added, I feel as if this is closer to a solution!*
Thring to import nodes from an XML file into a custom content type.
I am running into two possible issues, depending on the configuration I use. They are both listed below.
Error 1)
'No New Nodes' (hash is set for dont check, its also set to update every time)
Values Used:
context: //N[@K='tItemDb']
nid: /N/N/@F
As a point of refence, if I take the context listed in the debug (error1_debug_output.txt), and run the query /N/N/@F on it in an external tool, it returns the expected results.
Error 2)
If I use a context of / and an exact Xpath () from root to my nodes, it finds them, but throws a SQL error. This seems to be expected behaviour (?) and is mentioned on an issue in the queue as working as intended, use a proper context (cant find link atm!)

Recreated the parser again, set title to unique, node id to a text feild, changed context to a deeper level.

Now I still get 'No New Nodes' BUT it repeats

before saying no nodes - so it has to be finding each item?

I have seen this issue (https://drupal.org/node/622710#csv) and checked for line endings (should also apply to XML)
I have also recreated the importer and parser, tried productiona nd dev versions, changed fields in use, tried ,ultiple imports with differing Xpath expressions - am current at 90 or so imports and 10 hours spent :(
ANY help at all that gets moving in the right direction woudl be appreciated!!
