Beef Stir Fry with Flat Rice Noodles
900g uncooked wide rice flour noodles
150mL sliced green onions
150mL sliced onions
150mL bean sprouts
500g steak
5 garlic cloves, minced
15mL canola oil
Marinade
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
15mL rice vinegar
50mL soy sauce
2.5mL dry ginger
10mL Sriracha
15mL dark sesame oil
5mL brown sugar
5mL corn flour
Mix beef with all marinade ingredients except sesame oil and canola oil
Set beef aside in refrigerator 45 minutes
Heat 25mL of oil in a wok, stir fry the chives and bean sprouts until
slightly limp, set aside
Stir-fry remaining vegetables in oil to taste
Soak noodles to soften before stir-frying, pat dry
Use heat level 6 on the pan, should use a wok but can get away with
a regular pan
