Beef Stir Fry with Flat Rice Noodles | |
900g uncooked wide rice flour noodles | |
150mL sliced green onions | |
150mL sliced onions | |
150mL bean sprouts | |
500g steak | |
5 garlic cloves, minced | |
15mL canola oil | |
Marinade | |
2 garlic cloves, finely minced | |
15mL rice vinegar | |
50mL soy sauce | |
2.5mL dry ginger | |
10mL Sriracha | |
15mL dark sesame oil | |
5mL brown sugar | |
5mL corn flour | |
Mix beef with all marinade ingredients except sesame oil and canola oil | |
Set beef aside in refrigerator 45 minutes | |
Heat 25mL of oil in a wok, stir fry the chives and bean sprouts until | |
slightly limp, set aside | |
Stir-fry remaining vegetables in oil to taste | |
Soak noodles to soften before stir-frying, pat dry | |
Use heat level 6 on the pan, should use a wok but can get away with | |
a regular pan |
