Add "Open with Sublime Text 3" context menu in File Explorer for Windows 10

There are two steps for this context menu add-in:

  1. Make sure the path on line 2 is correct.
  2. Run as administrator.

If these steps are performed correctly, you should get a command prompt window stating that the operation completed successfully for all 6 entries.
