for linux and download version

extract and go to directory

execute

make PREFIX=/usr install

paste licence to

/etc/rarreg.key

100% working windows linux and mac

I actually bought a key for myself last year to support WinRAR, but upgrading to WinRAR 6.10/6.11 on a Windows 11 machine means you can't properly use WinRAR with the windows 10 right click/context menu 'registry editor hack,' so I've had to completely downgrade back to WinRAR 6.02, which thankfully I still had the installer for- WinRAR apparently doesn't allow you to even install any previous versions... But anyways, I found this and finally I can use my WinRAR license on a Windows 11 PC without issue!
