Thanks. I actually bought a key for myself last year to support WinRAR, but upgrading to WinRAR 6.10/6.11 on a Windows 11 machine means you can't properly use WinRAR with the windows 10 right click/context menu 'registry editor hack,' so I've had to completely downgrade back to WinRAR 6.02, which thankfully I still had the installer for- WinRAR apparently doesn't allow you to even install any previous versions... But anyways, I found this and finally I can use my WinRAR license on a Windows 11 PC without issue!
I use Win11 and this does not work with 6.11. Downgraded to 6.02 and it still does not work?

Paste the reg key to both 32bit and 64bit folder

Check if there's a WinRAR folder in "program file(x86)" folder and paste rarreg.key file there too

There is no WinRAR directory in x86
Great man, i was using it without license since 2017, just because i don't wan't to download any crap keygen etc. Today i searched a key and found out this.

I can't believe it actually worked, I no longer receive messages like "WinRAR is not free, please purchase a license". I tried this license on 25-11-2022, with WinRAR version 6.11

I also uploaded an actual .key file because if you create a new text document & try to save it will default to rarreg.key.txt unless you put save as "All Files".
