My daily duties include serving as a Cloud/Sys Admin with principal authority over Microsoft 365 Services. My experience with Microsoft Teams led me to discover that at some point, the tool was no longer simply a “support tool” but a critical part of our continued success. Teams have become an integral part of our daily operations, such as meetings, calling, and collaborating externally, providing us with all of the compliance controls that we require.
