I will add some of my comments below each strategy based on my interpretation of the forum post.
Feel free to contact me if I got anything wrong/missed anything/being unclear.
This strategy takes advantages of the fact that units of 1 has a damage efficiency of 100%, and how damage is calculated among an area of troops with the exact same combat power.
You have to merge a group with the same type of troops first, let's say infantry, so they have the exact same combat power.
Split 1 infantry from the group and send it to one location, then immedietly set a delay, as long as it is within splash damage distance, which is 5 minutes of infantry movement in self territory, and stays within the fortress (if have), which is 3 minutes of infantry movement away from middle of the fortress in self territory.
This is easier to do on desktop, you could use the troops filter function to help, to extend the delay just highlight all the infantry and set a delay.
This does not work if the troops are moving, waiting for delay does not count as moving.
You put the group of army away from the middle of the fortress but stays in the fortress range, which is 3 minutes of infantry movement on self territory.
When the target is almost within yoru attack range, you spam attack until it is sucessful and then quickly retreat your troops, so when the enemy updates it could not attack you back.
I'm not too sure about this, I assume this is something like HNR/SNS? Please dm me if you understand what this means.
Attach a large group of infantry/calvary onto ranged units (ships,arts,railguns), kill enemy units with the ranged units to raise the morale of the infantry/calvary.
This only works on infantry and calvary since other troops are mech units and does not have morale, they have condition instead.
Something like flower to minimize ranged damage from enemy.
The theory is units of 1 are better at attacking buildings, probably due to the mathematics behind. You attack in a flower defence array to destroy enemy fortresses quicker.

This trick could allow you to put up to 3 stacks in a fortress while only one take damage You seperate the troops within the fortress more than 5 metres apart while staying in the 3 metres fortress effective range.
