Target Certification:

We will completely focus on various certification examination of Linux and Networking. This is the best way to gain both theorectical and practical knoweldge. I have listed some linux and networking certifcation exams details, llinks and resources. Follow the link and resources for getting idea of the exam and syllabus.

In a day or two I will attach the plan for both of us, so we effectively get started with our work.

Note: It is not compulsory to follow my resources , if you have one you can follow that. Just try to cover the whole syllabus of the given certification.

1. Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) Link

   Exam Description: The Linux Foundation worked with industry experts and the Linux kernel community to identify the core domains and the critical skills, knowledge and competencies applicable to each certification. Performance-based exams were then developed based on the competencies that were identified.

• Operation of Running Systems – 20%
• User and Group Management – 10%
• Networking – 12%
• Service Configuration – 20%
• Storage Management – 13%

2. CompTIA Linux+ Link

   Exam Description: CompTIA Linux+ validates the skills of IT professionals with hands-on experience configuring, monitoring, and supporting servers running the Linux operating system. The new exam has an increased focus on the following topics: security, kernel modules, storage & visualization, device management at an enterprise level, git & automation, networking & firewalls, server side & command line, server (vs. client-based) coverage, troubleshooting and SELinux.

3. CompTIA Network+ Link
