This is a single-user personal automation tool. The system sends SMS messages from my own Twilio account to my own personal mobile phone number only.
- I, Phil Hoff, am the sole user.
- The sender and the recipient are the same person — me.
- No third parties receive messages from this system.
- As the sole recipient, I explicitly consent to receive these messages.
