What is CTM?

The term "CTM" can mean many things. Originally, it meant "Connected Textures Mapping", but nowadays it mostly refers to Optifine CTM. The resource packs in this list do not support Optifine CTM format unless explicitly stated. This list is focused on packs that are compatible with the ConnectedTexturesMod for Fabric or ConnectedTexturesMod because finding such packs is difficult, since most use Optifine format. The CTM format these mods support is usually refered to as Chisel format or simply CTM format, but the latter is amiguous and can lead to confusion.
