VMware vSphere ESXi 使用心得

個案探討:
    有一台ESXi主機位在異地，上面只有一張作用中的網卡 (Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5721 Gigabit Ethernet) , 該網路環境中唯一 Public IP 被配置於此。
    Virtual Machine User (Interaction Only) 透過 VMware vSphere Client 進入其中一台VM ，發現該VM沒有網際網路存取能力。

假設該VM已有 USB controller ，以下提供幾個我嘗試過讓其具備網際網路存取能力的解決方案:
    方案1. Client's USB Device - ZTE WCDMA MSM ZTE Technologies MSM (MF910)
    方案2. Client's USB Device - Davicom DM9621A USB To FastEther
    方案3. Client's USB Device - Android Device : USB Tethering

上述三個方案都是透過Client讓異地VM具備網際網路存取能力，並且能直接存取與Client同一網段下的Devices；

在本次案例中，Client是使用Windows7操作，方案2的具體實現方式是在主機上加裝兩張Davicom DM9621A USB To FastEther透過ICS(Internet Connection Sharing , 網際網路連線共用)最後經由主機板上內建的網卡連接到網際網路。
