    1. I'm unsure if it's because of language barrier, I'm from a small SME or they're unprofessional. I've tried to contact local companies but have had little success/responses? Can you help me guarantee no import duties/tariffs/ for equipment I need imported? Things I need imported are printed circuit boards(PCBs), robotic arms, 3d printers, mri machines

    1. If I have 80 billion but I must leave in US account, and send 20 billion to VND, does this count?
    2. How to prove we've invested this much? What if I buy 80 billion VND equipment in US and send to Vietnam, does this count?
