[Method 1] Chrome DNS 

1. Go to **chrome://settings/security** 
2. Scroll down and enable Secure DNS
3. Select Custom and Use Cloudflare or OpenDNS

[Method 2]
Windows: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
