WARNING: Could not lock User prefs. Unix error code 24.

WARNING: Couldn't flush user prefs: java.util.prefs.BackingStoreException: Couldn't get file lock.
Have to change
/etc/security/limits.conf
/etc/sysctl.conf
to fix this issue.
