What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?
- Tyler: Teams BE , FE || paired programming. If there is a time to divide and conquer do it as a pair.
- Zach: Paired is preferred, can divide and conquer if needed. Likes to study on own.
- Michelle: Flexible, Be and Fe teams. When splitting up between BE and FE keep up strong communication, paired programming, cross-poll pairing
- Collin: impartial, paired high level overview, create confidence to approach things on own.
- Quinn: Paired programming, study on own for delegated work
- Tyler: Organization, high level views, small chunked out steps, creating clarity around work load, refactoring.
- Zach: good at finding solutions for unproductive struggle, finding resources
- Michelle: communication, over communicate, reiterating, TDD
- Collin: loves dense logic (in and out)
- Quinn: Motivated, communication
- Tyler: communication, immediately
- Zach: communication, immediately
- Michelle: communication, immediately, patients, need to feel free to ask a lot of questions.
- Collin: communication, immediately, in detail
- Quinn: communication, immediately, if possible when in unproductive struggle reach out for a pair or call
- Tyler: M-F: take a break at 4-6||7 Weekends:1 day for work and 1 for relax
- Zach: fairly flexible M-F, Friday after 4 I am done. Weekends: Sunday 2-4 is always a no go!
- Michelle: M-F flexible, 5-6pm is dinner time, friday the 17th after 4 I will not be free, Weekends: free and flexible
- Collin: M-Sun I am free, likes to have some time off after 4 before pairing
- Quinn: M-F: completely free other JOB things, Weekends I am free as well
- Tyler: Improve Python, TDD with Python, JavaScript
- Zach: Improve django, JavaScript, Improve Python, TDD with Python
- Michelle: Improve HOOKS, Redux, TDD w/ Redux
- Collin: Improve Python, TDD with Python, JavaScript, django
- Quinn: Improve Python, FE dependent, TDD
