Element's Terms of Service

This gist will go through each of the bots rules that you must follow, by using Element (the "Bot"), you're confirming that you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot. We reserve the right to suspend any User, Member or Server that we believe have violated our Terms.

Rule One

Follow discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Rule Two

Usage of user-bots, macros, scripts, auto-typers or anything else enabling automation of commands is strictly forbidden In addition to this, massive amounts of spam is not allowed and will be punished with equal severity.

Rule Three

Any expolits or bugs should be immediately reported in the support server and not to be shared to other users

Rule Four

Starting harmful rumors about the bot, causing unnecessary drama within our servers about the bot, or witch hunting staff members are all ban worthy behaviors.

Rule Five

We are not liable for any actions or behaviours of any individual that uses this bot, rather you are responsible for giving moderation permissions to the people you see fit, read Discords Guide on Moderation Permissions to familiarize yourself with Discord permissions and moderation actions so that you can more effectively moderate or manage your own server.

Rule Six

You must only use the bot for Appropriate Usage, You agree not to

• Use the Bot for any illegal behaviour or to encourage of such activities.
• Use the Bot to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

Rule Seven

Your use of the Bot indicates your agreement to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Private Policy.

Rule Eight

Element is provided on an "as is" basis, and its developers make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its operation or functionality. The developers of Element will not be liable for any damages from your use or inability to use the Bot.

Rule Nine

We reserve the right to modify this document at any time, and we will inform you of this changes via a post in the support server. It is your responsibility to read the updated Agreement, your continued use of Element after any changes to the Terms will be regarded as acceptance of the updated Terms.
