Opening Ceremony Feedback

  • Vary up transitions (not just 'now,')
  • Hit all of the points for GCP
  • Change tone as well as tempo for the end
  • MLH Hardware Lab sponsored by Digi-key
  • If you hit the end of a sentence, just pause calmly
  • Smile more, lend credibility but also be relatable
  • Don't accidentally go negative on Domain.com (if you need vs need something to hook up)
  • On prizes slide, just point them to Devpost
  • Mention internships as well as jobs for career lab

Incidents Feedback

  • More understanding, less 'hot' on the interaction with the sponsor, give a quasi-outline to smooth out
  • Mention the code of conduct upfront in talking to the harasser
  • Guide the reporter a bit more, copy little contact block into the blank doc
  • Anonymize the reporter to start when talking to harasser
