  • What is a best practice that you picked up that you wouldn't have learned otherwise?
  • Was the work you did satisfying?
  • Did you feel like you got valuable feedback on your code from your peers?
  • How well did you feel you grasped the Agile process?
  • How well do you feel you understand Agility?
  • What would you liked to have been exposed to more?
  • Are there any technologies you would've liked to have explored during this internship?
  • Compared to where you started, how has this improved your code quality?

For the Team

Devs

  • How well did the intern pick up new technical skills relative to where they came in?
  • How well did the intern grasp test-driven development?
  • How indepent was the intern? Did they have to ask questions, or were they self-starters?
  • How long did it take for the intern to feel confident enough to tackle problems on their own?
  • Compared to how they came in, how would you rank the quality of their code?
