OnDeck Business Accounts

Essentially, we need to have the business-side of things set up to move forward with app development.

Apple Setup

On the Apple side - we need to have an Apple developer ID set up so we can implement development builds (things we can directly put on phone hardware), push notifications, app validation (Apple ToS for apps in their store), deep linking (links to the app through standard web URLs), and a few other smaller things.

From the Apple Account Setup Email:

In order to get OnDeck up on the Apple app store, we will need to complete a few things and pay for a developer account.

This seems relatively similar to the Stripe setup pieces and I'm not sure where we are at on all of that right now. I wanted to pass this information along so we have an idea of what needs to be done before moving forward.

  1. I have already made us an Apple ID with the admin@ondeck.pro email. This account needs to be verified with a DUNS number: https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/. We need to enroll as an organization. If we don't have a DUNS, it'll be important to get one so we can complete the verification process. I currently have the account listed under my name with my phone number (for convenience), but we can change the credentialing around if it becomes necessary.

I'll send the Apple login credentials over WhatsApp. You should be able to get it all set up with the OnDeck info as it becomes available.

Let me know if you have any questions,
Kevin

Stripe Setup

For Stripe, we need to have a bank account set up to handle incoming and outgoing payments that are tied to the app ecosystem. This needs to be an AUS bank account, of course.

Essentially, we need this process completed: https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/onboarding/company Once you get logged in to Stripe, you can just use that link.

I will provide the credentials in WhatsApp or another medium, as I can't include sensitive info in this document.

From the WhatsApp Chat:

Hey guys.

In order to get Stripe set up to work with AUS bank accounts, we need some information to be filled out on the AUS side of things.

I'll send an email with more instructions on how to get this done.

It'll ask you for an authenticator key when you go to sign in. When this happens, shoot me a text and I'll provide it for you.

Eventually I can set up multiple auth setups, but looking myself out of easily accessing the Stripe stuff while putting this together seems like a bad idea.

Its nothing too intense and just needs a bank account to link to and some info about the business itself.

If you can't get ahold of me when you go to set it up, you can also use the backup code present in the admin@ondeck.pro Google Drive document labeled "Credentials".
