1. MSFT - defined the flow/process between PM and Architectural board and Engineering teams. Using a system of Gates on Jira/Agile tickets to indicate when a certain stage is completed (risk, timeline, content etc.). The process leaves a requirement with a series of Refined issues that can be tackled in Engineering Scrum teams. As a team we can now process requirements and act as the middle team to refine.
