so… I've had this weird idea recently...
In git (and in other secure + distributed systems) you have a tree of hashes where each object is identified by it's hash and objects contain pointers to other objects. They just have the hash of other objects stored inside them.

These rules are adopted from the AngularJS commit conventions.
- Must be an event that someone involved in open source would be interested in attending
- Must be a community oriented event (no corporate owned for-profit events here please)
- Can't be about a specific language/framework.
