clear cache and rebuild fix in windows.md

download watchman

copy and extract it in C dir , add path to this dir in Path

npm install -g rimraf

discard terminal then open and run below commands

watchman watch-del-all rimraf -r $TMPDIR/react-* rimraf -r node_modules/ rimraf -r android/app/build npm cache verify yarn cache clean pc restart yarn install yarn start --reset-cache
