Proposed Actions(PA) in regards to Proud Camel Labs marketing strategy
1. The Marketing campaign is yet to begin.
This marketing campaign is proposed to be launched this week, Friday starting on 6th of January with a clear focus on gathering traction as a multi-level utility mint(providing both roadmap-level utility as well as TBC utility-non-disclosable).
Said Campaign shall take place via NFT related social media, Twitter, with strong aim at gathering twitter traction:
Twitter- Primary source of information for newcomers/ people within the NFT Space/flippers and large whales/collectors.
Utilize it as your main marketing point, using the sneaks/ short animations of the collection and hosting Spaces/AMAs on there to gather traction, as well as to participate in those aforementioned Spaces from other NFT-related projects or persons, seeking collabs via Twitter DMs in a genuine way(i.e. Hey, we love your project, and we believe it aligns with ours and we would love to create a mutually beneficial partnership) with people related to your Niche- and other, related projects.
Listing websites: NFTGenie/NFTCatcher/NFTCalendar/Earlycoins/NFTEvents and Rarity.Tools and Rarity Sniper, premint.xyz for raffles of the WL spots.
Vital to get the word out about the existence of the project and it is recommended to host on those websites 21 days before minting.
*Reddit- Quite botted territory, recommendation is made to market there once at least some other social media presence is established.
Instagram-Secondary source of information, perhaps quite overlooked in the NFT space due to rampant botting. I’d suggest avoiding this social media due to low traction gathered from there. sneak-peaks/collabs and stories/ videos of the collection to be utilized heavily here.
2. Word of mouth in any of the aforementioned spreads due to 3 types of information:
-Giveaways(Giving away an NFT might risk your NFT to be devalued, thus it is recommended to limit this to 10 NFTs over the course of the total campaign, with some leeway for larger communities whilst being more generous in WL Giveaways). In this case- WL giveaways would be the main focus as well as any NFT Giveaways leveraged for partnerships/AMAs.
Running a WL giveaway via the Twitter page, and would suggest:
A) Starting off with a large WL giveaway(300+), the number of WL giveaways being attached to different tweets during the week with 15-20 WLs in each up for grabs to increase the community’s growth.
B) Creating these WL giveaways in:
Way 1- interactive format (Like+RT/Follow and tag (2 recommended) friends
Way 2- Flash Giveaway: WL open only for a limited time or limited usage(done only if you have a discord)- i.e. join DC get WL’ed.
C) Collab WL Giveaways via your twitter with other projects to gain further exposure.
-Collabs(Getting a collab with another project gets the word out about your project, aim at least for similar following brackets or larger ones- for larger ones offer substantial benefit to the followers of said server). We will aim at closing off any potential collabs that can be closed, especially aiming at alpha groups/NFT bluechips. There has been many projects related to Middle-East, The Saudis, The Quataris, and The Habibiz being perhaps one of the most middle-east centric projects due to their art.
-Promoter Pages(If a major influencer promotes your project,(e.g.more than 10K Twitter followers) your project has more substantial backing behind it. Most of the Influencers either work on an upfront or level of authenticity basis(i.e. They like the project).
3. The project at this current state has a plan of a roadmap in mind, which will be broken down into several posts for all to see, as well as given a thread of its own, however would need confirmation of what can be disclosed. Any completion of the tokenomics paper and onboarding of potential investors, with their permission, will be shared to potential partner projects in the NFT space, as well as spread around main account, alt accounts and crowd marketing, thus creating a level of hype and excitement around the NFT Project and a level of authenticity. Communities that will be targeted would be reliable alphas and NFT projects seeking new collabs for their holders to participate in

Advised to release the mint date 14 days before the mint date, after the smart contract is ready, alongside twitter, to get as much traction for the project as possible, as well as keeping the hype about the utility high by reminding the people of it or showcasing its examples.
6. Presenting real action being done to incentivise holders to join the community. Using sneak peaks of the NFTs straight on with any other marketing-related material and making that material spread everywhere would work well, alongside other teasers.
10. For Whitelist, make it a reachable peak scenario. Making an announcement from time to time declaring that all inactive WL members are being removed from WL to remind them that they have to stay in their position by being active. Around 60% of NFT projects fail due to too large/small WLs. To create a WL required for this project, ensuring that as many as possible can grab it would elevate our chances. Ensure that WL members are reminded of the benefits as well as are in tier positions. Increase of the turnover of possible investors/ holders, as well as incentivise WoM(Word of Mouth) to spread. The Current geopolitical situation had left a footprint in the NFT market, with Twitter/Discords seeing severely delayed growth as well as it being harder to garner potential traction on those social medias due to preoccupation with the theme of war.
