This is outdated!
Since recent versions rustfmt
supports --print-config
to print the config.
Just type in rustfmt --print-config default
for all default configurations.

Thanks Robbepop! But the format of your file is superior! It's nice to see the options and descriptions in the file itself. It would be nice if rustfmt could generate the additional context that yours contains.
