In My Groups, click View All My Groups
In the top right, click Open Groups
Find “Bechtel Innovation Design Center Purdue” and “BIDC - Purdue Electric Racing” and click Join.
You should now complete the PER General Safety Quiz and BIDC - Member agreement before attending any PER workdays.

<b>Other Stuff</b>
Our team meets on Thursdays at 6:30p and Saturdays at 10:30a. On Thursdays, we meet by the upstairs computers in the BIDC. On Saturdays, the BIDC will be locked, so someone will let you in and direct you to your subteam’s meeting location.

Hi New Recruits, 

Hope you're as excited as we are to get you started with the team! Just a reminder that we will be hosting our training tonight at x:xx-x:xx. We will be meeting in the front lobby of the BIDC (where you waited for your one-on-ones). Please come on time because the doors will most likely be locked so we will have to let you in. 
We will give a tour of the BIDC, discuss team requirements, as well as walk through our different software platforms.   

Let me know if you cannot make it.

This year, we are having our new recruits meet with a team lead during onboarding.

Please let us know what times you can meet by sending an email to per@purdue.edu with your availability.

Please come on time to your meeting, as a missed time slot will mean we will have to reschedule you to another week. Don’t worry, this is not an interview; no need to break out the business casual. Just come ready to talk about your interests and goals with our team.
