1. Description of Service: BDO Guild Bot is a custom application designed exclusively for the internal management of our Black Desert Online guild (event sign-ups, schedules, notifications).

2. Acceptance of Terms: By using the bot commands, clicking interactive buttons, or utilizing the bot's features, you agree to these Terms and consent to the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the bot responsibly via the provided Discord interfaces. Spamming button interactions, attempting to exploit the bot, or using it for unintended purposes may result in your access to the bot or the guild server being restricted.

4. Disclaimer: The bot is provided "as is" without any warranties. The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the bot's services at any time.

Privacy Policy for BDO Guild Bot

1. Data Collection: This bot collects and stores your Discord User ID and Username when you actively interact with it (e.g., signing up for guild events, Sieges, or Black Temples).

2. Data Usage: The data is used exclusively to facilitate guild events, manage event rosters, and send automated notifications (such as boss spawn alerts). Your data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third parties.

3. Data Storage and Deletion: The collected data is stored in a secure local database on the guild's private server. You may request the removal of your data at any time by contacting the bot administrator or the Guild Master. Data related to deleted or expired events is cleared periodically.
