Initial Tails' Arabic translations review

1- Tails' Greeter: Translation OK but needs review, Stings and boxes need to be in RTL.
2- Gnome's notification boxes (or w/e debian 6 uses) needs to display text in RTL.
3- Tails' persistence: Translation OK, displays RTL correctly.
4- Tails' installer: Translation needs review/rewrite.
5- Tails' updater: Couldn't trigger this one to display because I used 1.0.1 and the updater demanded a manual upgrade (in English - probably wasn't even translated).
6- Whisperback: Translation needs a minor review, doesn't display stings in RTL.
