This is how Drew makes jambalaya.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 lbs. (~1.5kg) chicken pieces (I use bone-in thighs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 lb.(~500g) andouille sausage, sliced
