What is the agreed upon Git workflow? Who will review pull requests, and when? What project management tool will be used? We will use Waffle. We will work in pairs, so one pair will review the other pair's pull requests.

What is expected of group members when they run into problems implementing a feature? Come to the other group memebers to attempt to work out a solution before going to a teacher or mentor.
