NCMeters 9 for non-jailbroken devices on iOS 9-10.

  1. Download: ncmeters9_0.9-7.ipa

  2. Sign the .ipa with your favorite signing tool and a valid certificate

  3. Double-click the .ipa file to add the app to iTunes and then install as you would any other app.

  4. Enable the widget and position it by tapping the Edit button in the Notification Center.
