Uninstall Nvidia Experience.
Clear out drive's local NVIDIA folder where NVIDIA will be installed. C:\Users${USERNAME}\AppData\Local\NVIDIA
Make folder in other drive. I named mine NVIDIA_CACHE
Make junction. mklink /J C:\Users${USERNAME}\AppData\Local\NVIDIA
