You accept and agree to the following terms and conditions for all past, present, and future contributions.

  1. Definitions:

"Copyright Holder" refers to the person who owns the copyright or the legal entity who is authorized to make an agreement of licensing the copyright of the contributed works.

"You" is referring to the copyright holder.

"Contribution" refers to the files(including but not limited to art, code, and configs) submitted to Team Resourceful for the addition to a project.

  2. Grant of Copyright License:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to Team Resourceful and to recipients of software distributed by Team Resourceful a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

  3. Acknowledgement:

You agree that if your contribution is found to be an infringement of someones copyright and you are not the copyright holder as you initially stated by agreeing to this agreement you will be removed from having the ability to contribute to Team Resourceful projects and all code associated with your name will be audited and possibly removed.

  4. Notifications of inaccuracies:

You also agree that if you become aware of any knowledge that makes any contributions ineligible of these conditions you must contact Team Resourceful as soon as you possibly can.

This agreement contains the same Grant of Copyright License section and a modified version of the "You" and "Contribution" definition as the GitLab CLA and as such is licensed under the same license of Creative Commons Attribution 3.0
