YO guys !
so i was just looking for some good books on electrical engineering again , well some recommend boylestad , milmann , floyd, etc. some say some of these books suck ... well i was kinda critical and just before giving up and taking a random option i found this post on quora.
initially, i thought it was another normie suggestion , i even checked the legitimacy of the author of the answer. I'm not sure but i get this feeling that the author of this post is some kind of depressed guy asking existential questions . I think that's kind of cool . I'm still getting normie vibes tho but he's definitely better than the rest of the bunch . I deem him legit.

HIS ANSWER:
First thing is crush network theory -valkenbuerg (for easier understanding keep referring to chakrborthy)
Electronic devices & ckts (semiconducotrs/device level physics)-Milliman
digital Logic design - morris mano, kohavi
analog design - sedra & smith
having read the above give an great understanding of electornics. If you want to focus on VLSI field, you need to study :
computer atchitecture -not indepth but one should have fair understanding
start writing RTL codes- verilog book by bhasker / pulnitker
for vlsi concepts and layouts - neil west
==> if you wanna gain in-depth knowledge in communication i prefer to read following order:
read above +
signals and systems -openhim * wilsky & bp lathi
control systems - Kuo
communication - Simon Haykins
mobile communications- W.C.Y. Lee and sanjay sharma
radar systems - Principles of Radar Systems
satellite communications - Satellite-Communication-Dharma-Raj-Cheruku
I DONT THINK ITS BAD AT ALL , MOST OF HIS ORDER IS WHAT I HAD IN MIND AND IT's KIND OF PERFECT . HE ENDED UP IN WESTERN DIGITAL DOING VLSI SO NOT BAD AT ALL . HIM STATING THIS ORDER OUT KIND OF WAS THE PUSH I REQUIRED TO DELVE IN TO THESE BOOKS . ESPECIALLY THE FIRST ONE NETWORK THEORY , DEFINITELY HAVE TO CRUSH THAT FIRST !! IM GOING TO DO EXACTLY THAT .
