Overview

We host our podcast on Anchor.fm, edit them with Descript and master them with Auphonic. Credentials for all these platforms can be found in the Growth folder in 1Password.

Production Cycle

Creating an episode

• Write the first episode script
  • Detailed storyboard
  • Questions we're answering in this episode
  • Topic / Background research
• Make a bad first audio draft
• Edit, FX, Normalize and Polish
• Upload to Anchor.fm
• Market the episode

Distribution

It typically takes a few business days to be approved by external platforms, though some platforms may take longer than that. This is done automatically via Anchor.fm.
