The HexChat application distributed in the Windows Store does not itself directly collect or store any information about users.

This privacy policy does not apply to any third party plugins or services that HexChat does not control, including but not limited to IRC networks and the Windows Store. As such HexChat takes no responsibility for these and we encourage you review the privacy policies they may offer.
