From your description of the question, (irrelevant, screenshot now in question) yes. "Looks OK" was the correct action. It also probably shouldn't have been closed.   • "Requires Editing" should only be used if a decent edit could be made by 2K users, not the OP.

Honestly, most of the tasks that I skip in H&I are from questions that are completely allowed here, though not necessarily welcome. (irrelevant, noise)

Finally, if you observed it being deleted, and you strongly believe that it shouldn't have been, custom flags are your friends for getting it undeleted and reopened! (irrelevant, no one disagrees with deletion)
