How to Install Google Chrome in Ubuntu 18.04/Ubuntu18.10

There are two ways to install Google Chrome on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver).

  1. Installing Google Chrome with the graphical interface
  2. Installing Google Chrome using the terminal

You can use the following commands to install Google Chrome using Terminal on Ubuntu 18.04.

  1. a) 64 Bit: wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

    b) 32 Bit: wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_i386.deb

  2. sudo dpkg –i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

  3. sudo apt-get install –f
