Project Expectations:

- Want to learn how to work with GraphQL and Apollo Client
- Want this to be a great example to show potential employers
- A better understanding of the BE to FE relationship in general
What does each group member hope to get out of this project?
- Carla- learn React Native
- Tristan- same, and GraphQL / Apollo Client
- Carleigh- familiar enough with GraphQL to comfortably speak about it
- Lain- same with GraphQL, and more familiar with rebasing
Team strengths:
- Carleigh- some experience with GraphQL, not afraid to ask clarifying questions
- Lain- good with serializers and APIs, keeping team in good mood
- Carla- good with CSS and design, React, Redux
- Tristan- quick to learn new concepts, React, Redux
How to overcome obstacles:
- All- important to know when to stop and ask for help, stay in communication, keep spirits up
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):
- Tristan- available from 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Carla- available from 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Carleigh- available from 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Lain- available from 8:00am - 8:00pm
- All- hard stop at 5:00pm on Weekends
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):
- Daily Standups 8:45am
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
- We can decide on this each day during our standups
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):
- At least one review for every PR and never merge own PR
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
- Prefer to receive feedback sooner than later
- Keeping kind about feedback
- Always ready to brainstorm best ways to do something, but not in hindsight
