Textual is an IRC client for Mac OS X that is designed to be light weight.
Textual supports SASL out of the box without any additional scripts or plugins.

To setup SASL you need to know your account account name (/msg NickServ INFO)

For a new Setup:
	1. To go the Server menu and select "Add Server"
	2. Configure freenode as you would normally
		Network Name: freenode
		Primary Server: chat.freenode.net
		
	3. Go to the "Identity" tab and go to the 
	In the NickServ Auth field enter your Account:Password

	4. Save, and reconnect.
	

For an Existing Server:
	1. To go the Server menu and select "Server Properties"
	2. Configure freenode as you would normally
		Network Name: freenode
		Primary Server: chat.freenode.net
		
	3. Go to the "Identity" tab and go to the 
	In the NickServ Auth field enter your Account:Password

	4. Save, and reconnect.
