Created April 21, 2024 05:50 — forked from gorhill/render_number.go
A Go function to render a number to a string based on the following user-specified criteria: thousands separator, decimal separator, decimal precision. I didn't feel it was worth to publish a library just for this piece of code, hence the snippet. Feel free to reuse as you wish.

yes, even hidden code blocks!

print("hello world!")
DIR=$( cd "$( dirname "${BASH_SOURCE[0]}" )" && pwd )

Is a useful one-liner which will give you the full directory name of the script no matter where it is being called from

These will work as long as the last component of the path used to find the script is not a symlink (directory links are OK). If you want to also resolve any links to the script itself, you need a multi-line solution:

SOURCE="${BASH_SOURCE[0]}"
while [ -h "$SOURCE" ]; do # resolve $SOURCE until the file is no longer a symlink

Django on Travis CI
"""A basic database set-up for Travis CI.
The set-up uses the 'TRAVIS' (== True) environment variable on Travis
to detect the session, and changes the default database accordingly.
Be mindful of where you place this code, as you may accidentally
assign the default database to another configuration later in your code.

Deploy to `gh-pages` from a `dist` folder on the master branch. Useful for use with [yeoman](http://yeoman.io).

Deploying a subfolder to GitHub Pages

Sometimes you want to have a subdirectory on the master branch be the root directory of a repository’s gh-pages branch. This is useful for things like sites developed with Yeoman, or if you have a Jekyll site contained in the master branch alongside the rest of your code.

For the sake of this example, let’s pretend the subfolder containing your site is named dist.

Step 1

Remove the dist directory from the project’s .gitignore file (it’s ignored by default by Yeoman).
