Weekly purge of Quassel chat database for sqlite instances

Quassel 0.13 and newer stores the timestamp in milliseconds, so this may need updated to support that.

Untested, but perhaps something like…

DELETE FROM backlog WHERE time < strftime('%s','now','${DATE_TO_PRUNE}') * 1000;
