Clownmuffle is OOT

Clownmuffle's chains are sufficient to OOT the character by themselves. DuraBelle is explicitly abysmal against grappling, because her grappling and striking strength are clearly and objectively delineated. This is in addition to Clownmuffle having in-tier strength, phasing and teleporting. That's not mentioning the ill-defined "erase unseen things" that PoB brought up killing an obscured person, which I would have liked Guy to at least touch on for clarification.

Nanoha is OOT

1. Guy failed to concede that Flashbang would be able to break her bindings, despite his sound emission being superior to DuraBelle's lifting strength. This means the binding would work on DuraBelle
2. Guy did not effectively counter the argument that Nanoha primarily fights by flying and doing energy blasts. He didn't even go back on Nanoha only getting close if ranged wasn't working.

OOT Requests

Exodus was ruled OOT. Fem argued Exodus as a character who operates almost entirely from range and seeks to maintain that, using telekinesis and energy blasts to fight. These blasts aren't OOT by themselves, but are certianly strong. He was baited into accepting and throwing in a line about Exodus using flight to make himself harder to hit for a melee character, this was another thing tipping the scale. The core of Fem's defense for his character requires DuraBelle to gain a perfect weapon almost immediately, close distance and oneshot him, which seems very unlikely with the massive collateral that Fem argued Exodus has.

Rover was ruled in tier. DuraBelle can break the grappling hook, it isn't an auto-restraint, Rover operates as a relatively stationary energy projector who is slower than DuraBelle.

Hyperion was ruled OOT. He was ruled OOT because of the smoothbrain choice to use a durability feat of him taking an explosion several orders of magnitude above the tier.

Coco vs Corvette

Coco vs Corvette:

I am absolutely fucking baffled with this debate. Coco lead off with (in my opinion) a weak first response, to which Corvette squandered any momentum he could have gained with a page of math instead of just linking feats or something. Coco’s second response has a few surprisingly good moments, and his takedowns of Brimstone and Aku are some of the best debating I’ve seen from him (which isn’t saying much). Corvette’s finish was a largely sentence by sentence breakdown of where he thought Coco went wrong, occasionally punctuated by an image or gif. The dumbest thing has to be claiming that explosions should count as heat resistance because they sometimes have fire in them, when in reality the fire is probably the least damaging part of most explosive devices that aren’t specifically intended as incendiaries. The pressure wave, shrapnel, etc is typically far more important. You buffoon.

In the end, I’m not convinced that Aku is as strong as Corv

For Nightwing, simply put, Nightwing's explosives aren't going to be effective against Nightwing. Per Chainsaw, even with the slight reaction time difference, nothing stops a grapnel gun to the face for a double KO or a 50/50.

For Hank, simply put Hank's speed being calced to on par or superior to Nightwing is what's keeping him from being UNDER tier. Hank's melee combat feats with his sword are pretty subpar, and his durability, while nice, doesn't make up for lack of skill.
