This process could be a lot simpler, but I wanted to link to you official sources so you would know it's not some virus crap.

Download OptiFine 1.14.4 HD U F3 from https://optifine.net/downloads

Download Faithful texture pack from https://faithful.team/files/releases/1.14.4-r4.1.zip

Download Sildur's Vibrant shaders v1.23 Extreme-Volumetric lighting from https://sildurs-shaders.github.io/downloads/

  • Press the Windows key and R together to open the run dialog
  • Type in %appdata%
  • Take a copy of the .minecraft folder as a backup
  • Go into the .minecraft folder
  • Put the OptiFine .jar file into this folder
  • Run this OptiFine jar file.
  • Just press install, no need to change the folder.
  • Go to the resourcepacks folder
  • Extract the 1.14.4-r4.1.zip file into a new folder here (name doesnt matter)
  • Check that inside this new folder is a pack.png, and that its not a folder in a folder. (.minecraft\resourcepacks\whatever\pack.png)
  • Go back up to the .minecraft folder
  • Create a "shaderpacks" folder
  • Extract the Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.23 Extreme-VL.zip file into a new folder here (name doesnt matter)
  • Check that inside this new folder is another folder called shaders (.minecraft\shaderpacks\whatever\shaders)
  • Once thats done, open the minecraft launcher. you should notice in the lower left the profile is now called OptiFine
  • Start Minecraft
  • Go to Options -> Video Settings -> Shaders
  • Click on Sildurs Vibrant Shaders
  • Click Done
  • Click Done
  • Click on Resource Packs
  • Mouse over the 1.14.4-r4.1 line and click the Play button in the icon
  • Click Done, Done, and you're done :)
