- Any instance "parent" means "parent of an active student"
- Any instance of "teacher" means "teacher of student, respective to parent"

- Budget for next year
- Expenditures from previous (current) year
- Alterations to gifted/advanced programs and courses
- List of books provided in school library
- Any assemblies, activites, speakers or other events, along with:
- Date of event
- Organizer/speaker of event
- Name of event
- Description of event
- Educational purpose
- Bullying (as victim or assailant)
- Transgenderism
- New name/pronouns
- Using opposite restroom
- Failing grades
- Request for vaccination (verifiable consent)
- Any emergency medical event/screening
- Report cards
- Responses to surveys
- Parents allowed to meet 1-on-1 with teachers at least twice a year
- Teachers may not act as parents
- Teachers may not provide consent on behalf of parent or student
- No data on students may be sold for commercial purposes, except:
- Prom tickets
- School photos
- Yearbook
- Clubs
- (etc)
- Privacy policy developed in conjunction and meaningful input from parents
- Any teacher materials, including:
- Films
- Tapes
- Reading materials
- Other professional development materials
- (this basically means anything found or taught in the classroom)
Additionally, parents are allowed to comment on any of the above, including any content taught from previous portions or in the next period, for at least three consecutive days every three weeks.
- Any previous verbal consent of the student is now voided, all consent must be written
- The parent has every right to inspect any
- Instructional material used in curriculum
- Books and other reading materials
- Parents are allowed to opt out their students from any activity
- Teachers must receive parental consent for any of the following:
- Changing preferred name
- Changing sex / gender markers
- Changing pronouns
- Usage of the opposite changing rooms or bathrooms
- Comply within 180 days of its passing.
- Report any violations and anonymized investigations/enforcement actions on a yearly
basis on a website or other public means
