During my 6 - week volunteer program in Kigali, Rwanda, I
worked with education stakeholders in the private and
public sector in order to collect information on the
capacity for externals to pursue education in Rwanda. As
part of my program, I created a comprehensive database
of the tertiary and secondary institutions, and the
opportunities offered as well as appropriate contacts
through extensive fieldwork to aid decision making.

As part of the AIESEC in MOI Executive Board, I was
responsible for creating and implementing a yearly plan
towards driving operations within the chapter. Additionally,
I represented my university in national and regional
meetings as well as being the first brand advocate for
intercultural exchange; the main product of the
organization. During my tenure, I expanded the campus to
a satellite campus thus increasing revenue from
membership fee, diversifying outreach and markets as well
enabling humanitarian expansion.
