EXPERIENCE	Garan Inc. New York, NY 				       					  July 2016 – Present 
•	Use PowerShell to write scripts to create a GUI for five departments 
•	Leverage command lines to solve Windows, IBM lotus notes and other administrative tasks
•	Replace hardware of PC and MAC based on computer system architecture 
•	Upgrade the technical support function from physical to remote access, increasing the number of tickets taken care of over time
•	Update Windows and Mac OS systems to their latest version, efficiently back up data, fix compatibility issues between programs and operating systems, and installs virtual machines

•	Participated in seminar-style courses about data collection, analysis, and mapping with program cohort
•	Developed a case study on the top challenges faced by the Downtown area of Manhattan based on analysis of 311 service requests

•	Used XML to build layout and frame, Java programming codes to process mathematics when ‘+’ ‘=’ is touched

PROJECTS 	
Pitch Perfect App (Swift) 									               March 2017 
•	Allowed user to recorded a sound using the device’s microphone
•	Played the recorded sound back with different sound modulations: Chipmunk, Darth Vader, Slow, Fast with Reverb and Echo effect

•	Represented a way to let TV show Friends fans to remember their favorite characters

•	Controlled ship to attempt to destroy the asteroid coming from the right side of the screen
