In case, you needed Case-Shiller, not as a chained index, but in nominal U.S. dollar terms (by cross time-series-analysis using National Realtors Association database), see https://git.io/housing -- and kept current by FRED. The transform into real terms is also treated there by both CPI and PCE, headline and core versions.
