Full Stack PHP Senior Engineer - Quello Call Center Management System (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack PHP Senior Engineer to join our team and work on the development of Quello, our call center management system. This is a fully remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of the ability to handle the development of web-based systems without supervision and at least five years of experience in the field.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Quello using PHP and related frameworks. You should be comfortable working with Git and Docker, and have experience with at least one major PHP framework (such as Laravel or Symfony). Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem is a must, and the ability to work on it is essential.

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for candidates with deep knowledge of Amazon Connect and understanding of call centers and their workflow. Familiarity with Twilio is also a plus.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will be required to use time-tracking software and the compensation for this position will be bi-weekly.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack PHP developer
  • Proven ability to develop web-based systems independently
  • Strong experience with Git and Docker

  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Willingness to use time-tracking software and work a minimum of 40 hours per week
