This wall has multiple "phases" for different parts of the game. And everything is chunk aligned to match Kano's rail system. The only thing I have to make sure about is that the wall segment with rails can connect to Kano's rails. Every step of the blueprint is upgradeable to the next phase. So the system is pretty flexible. You can build a wall for outposts in just a few seconds.
