Hi @mppalves, sorry for the late reply. I think you might be able to get the unit of measures from power.larc.nasa.gov/api/system/manager/system/parameters. I hope it helps.

Do you know where I could find how the grid cells are divided? I need to cluster agronomic fields into POWER regions, but can't find info on how cells are laid out.

If you use R, {nasapower} has the query_parameters() that can return all or selected parameters and these details from the API. See https://docs.ropensci.org/nasapower/reference/query_parameters.html for more details on use.
